Formulation
Termed by Sunspirit as the "jewels of Aromatherapy", the richest and most expensive essential oils have been affordably blended in Jojoba Oil. The essential oils used in these blends have been steam distilled from the flower blossoms of some of the world's most exquisite blooms. As these flowers yield such small quantities of oil, (the petals of 30 roses are required to produce a single drop of oil) they are very precious indeed.
Essential oil of Melissa is distilled from the herbaceous plant and is a very expensive oil because of its rapid evaporation rate. Seven tons of fresh flowering Melissa herb are required to obtain just one litre of oil.
Jasmine on the other hand, is created by a completely different process. Because of the delicate nature of the Jasmine flower, the only extraction means is by way of an absolute. This is a gentle procedure by which the aromatic substances are drawn by non-polar solvents. Dissolved in alcohol and meticulously filtered, the alcohol and all solvent traces are removed from the end product to ensure Aromatherapy quality. As an added note, it takes 8 million hand picked blossoms to produce 1 kilogram of Jasmine absolute.

Purpose
Because these exquisite jewels of nature are extremely precious and overly intense in their purest form, the 3% blends have been specially prepared by Sunspirit so that therapeutic and pleasurable qualities can be affordably enjoyed.
As they are already diluted with Jojoba Oil, these luxurious 3% blends may be used neat directly on the skin or they can be added with other essential oils to a carrier oil to create a delicious skin or facial oil or massage oil blend.
